1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the dhaka baji platform, including its website at dhaka-baji.club, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all games, betting markets, promotional programmes, and support services accessible through those interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms should be read together with dhaka baji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

dhaka baji operates as an online entertainment platform providing casino games and sports betting services to eligible adults in Bangladesh. All services are provided on an "as is" basis. dhaka baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice, although material changes affecting Players' existing rights will be communicated with reasonable advance notice where possible.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all cases. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English text takes precedence in the event of any inconsistency.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on dhaka baji. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. dhaka baji enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling.

By completing the registration process, you expressly represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in connection with any activity on the Platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of dhaka baji;
• You are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

dhaka baji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at its sole discretion. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

If dhaka baji determines that a Player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposit amounts will be refunded to the originating payment method. Any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited without exception.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by dhaka baji, you must register a Player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible adults across Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You are strictly prohibited from providing false, misleading, or fictitious information during registration or at any subsequent point.

3.2 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one active Player account on dhaka baji at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. Where dhaka baji identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals across all accounts will be cancelled, and any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned to the originating payment method at dhaka baji's discretion following investigation.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security of your username, password, and any other credentials used to access your account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. dhaka baji will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dhaka baji support immediately via live chat or email.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

dhaka baji operates a risk-based KYC programme. All accounts are subject to identity and address verification before any withdrawal is processed. Players may be asked to submit scanned copies or photographs of a valid government-issued photo ID, a document confirming residential address dated within three months, and, where applicable, documentation confirming the source of funds used for deposits. KYC documents are processed securely and stored in accordance with dhaka baji's Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

dhaka baji supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the Bangladeshi market to ensure fast, convenient, and accessible transactions for all Players across the country.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals on dhaka baji:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), Islami Bank Bangladesh, Sonali Bank

dhaka baji reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any significant changes to available payment options via the Platform or by email.

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by dhaka baji, although individual payment providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your dhaka baji account in real time in the vast majority of cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to friends, family members, or business associates — are strictly prohibited. Where dhaka baji identifies a third-party deposit, the deposited amount will be returned to the originating account and no wagering activity conducted with those funds will be recognised.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering best practices. For verified accounts in good standing, withdrawals via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account has completed full KYC verification;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance have been fulfilled;
• Your account is in good standing with no active investigation or restriction;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the available real-money balance in your account.

dhaka baji reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of additional security checks where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on dhaka baji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No multi-currency conversion is applied. The ৳ symbol used throughout the Platform denotes the official Bangladeshi Taka currency. Players bear no currency exchange risk when using the Platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

dhaka baji offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional events to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all bonus amounts and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the relevant promotion) must be wagered using real-money eligible games before a withdrawal request will be approved. Wagering requirements applicable to specific promotions are always published clearly on the relevant promotion page prior to opt-in.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Players who are found to have created multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will have all accounts suspended and all bonus funds forfeited. dhaka baji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from any Player at its sole discretion where it suspects abuse of the promotional system.

5.3 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked towards the wagering requirement, while table games such as Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. The exact contribution rates for each game category are published in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on games with 0% contribution do not count towards clearing any active bonus wagering requirement.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period from the date of issue or activation. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited without notice. Expiry periods are always stated in the individual promotion terms.

6. User Obligations

By using the dhaka baji Platform, you agree to abide by the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human players;
• You will not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform, its software, its games, or its security systems;
• You will not engage in any form of collusion with other Players or attempt to influence the outcome of any game through coordinated play;
• You will not engage in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
• You will not use VPNs, proxies, or other technical measures to mask your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions;
• You will treat dhaka baji support staff and other Players with respect at all times; abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at staff or other users will result in immediate account closure;
• You will promptly notify dhaka baji if you become aware of any bug, error, or malfunction in any game or Platform feature that results in an incorrect outcome, and you will not exploit such errors for financial gain — any winnings resulting from knowingly exploiting an error are void and will be reclaimed.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your dhaka baji account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, dhaka baji will process the request within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding investigations being active. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

Players who are experiencing problem gambling are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in the account settings panel rather than simply closing their account. 7.2 Suspension or Closure by dhaka baji

dhaka baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or exploitation of game errors;
• Suspected money laundering or other criminal activity;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, dhaka baji reserves the right to withhold some or all of the remaining balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed, any withheld balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to designating an account as dormant, dhaka baji will send a notification to the registered email address. If no response or login activity is recorded within 30 days of that notification, a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining account balance if lower) may be applied until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the account by logging in.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dhaka baji's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dhaka baji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or force majeure events;
• Delays in game outcomes caused by network interruptions, device failures, or connectivity issues on the Player's end;
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors that result in delayed or rejected transactions.

dhaka baji makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and internet connection are adequate for use of the Platform and that appropriate security software is installed.

Nothing in these Terms limits dhaka baji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
